NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Springfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at 6:00 pm at the Springfield Township Office, 2777 Springfield-Xenia Road, to hear the following cases: 1) #BZA-2018-03, Property Owners James Stewart & Bridget Frost, Applicant Chris Frost, who are seeking a Variance from Article 29, Section 2904, D) to increase the max. size of accessory structures from 1,600 sq. ft. to 1,680 sq. ft. to construct a 30 ft. by 56 ft. pole barn in the rear yard. Pitchin Rd. 2) #BZA-2019-04, Property Owners Penny Tope & Guy Hayden, Applicant Richard Murray, who are seeking a variance to Article 26, Section 2600 to reduce the side setback from 50 ft. to 28 ft. to allow for a 280 sq. ft. room addition at the rear of the home. The property in question is located at 5277 Old Columbus Rd. 3) #BZA-2019-05, Property Owners/Applicants: Alain & Sherri Gingras, who are seeking a Variance to Article 29, Section 2904, D) to increase the max. size of accessory structures from 1,600 sq. ft. to 2,065 sq. ft. to build a 32 ft. by 56 ft. pole barn in the rear yard.
