Notice of Public Hearing the Springfield Township Board

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Springfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at 6:00 pm at the Springfield Township Office, 2777 Springfield-Xenia Road, to hear the following cases: 1) #BZA-2018-06, Property Owners Robert & Teresa VanHoose, who are seeking a Variance from Article 29, Section 2904, F) to allow a pole barn in the front yard less than the required 300 ft. from the right-of-way. The property in question is located at 3750 Sintz Rd. 2) #BZA-2019-07, Property Owners Clark-Shawnee Local School District-Board of Education, Agent Josh Predovich, SHP, who are seeking a variance to Article 33, Section 3303, D, 3) to reduce the off-street parking setback from 50 ft. to 36 ft., and a variance to Article 33, Section 3303.06 (reference to Groups 5 & 6) to reduce the collective sum of parking spaces from 247 to 205.
