NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Springfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at 6:00 pm at the Springfield Township Office, 2777 Springfield-Xenia Road to hear the case of Golden Sites Ltd. who is seeking a Variance to Article 26, Section 2600 to reduce the minimum side setback from 50 ft. to 24 ft. and the sum of both from 100 ft. to 59 ft. to allow for a room addition at the rear of the house, and to build a new detached garage in the rear yard.
