NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Springfield Township Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 18, 2019, at 6:00 pm at the Springfield Township Office, 2777 Springfield-Xenia Road to hear Case #S-2019-02, a Comprehensive Rezoning of 15 parcels, 2750-2856 Columbus Avenue, from I-1 (Light Industrial District) to the proper residential zoning districts: R-1 (Single Family Residential District), R-5 (Two Family Residential District) and R-8 (Mobile Home Residential District).
