Clarksville Rd., Waynesville, OH, to consider a variance application filed by Brett Wenzler, 9664 Seminole Trace (PID #0503200019). He seeks a variance from §3.208.2(B) of the Wayne Township Zoning Code regarding accessory structure setbacks. §1.306 also applies.
