Notice of Public Hearing the Wayne Township Board

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Wayne Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thurs. February 20, 2020, at the Wayne Twp. Administration Building, 6050 N. Clarksville Rd., Waynesville, OH, to consider two applications. The times and applications are as follows: 7:00 pm: A variance application filed by Robert Forsee and Donald Mayer, for property at Ferry and Haines Rd (PID #0509400039). They seek a variance from §2.302.1 of the Wayne Township Zoning Code regarding minimum lot size. §1.306 also applies. 7:30 pm: A variance application filed by Andrew Sherman for property located at 8908 Ferry Rd. (PID #0509400038). The applicant seeks a variance from §3.208.2(A) in order to build a larger than permitted accessory structure. Two accessory structures on the lot would be over 200 square feet. §1.306 also applies. Information is on file and available for public inspection at the Wayne Twp.
