Please Be Advised There Will Be Public Hearings

Please be advised there will be public hearings held during the City of Mason Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Mason Municipal Center, 6000 Mason-Montgomery Road, Mason, Ohio. The public hearings will be held to review the following items: PLN19-0012 A variance is being requested from the Mason Zoning Code, Chapters 7611 Easy St. Section 1163.4 D) does not allow metal siding on a wall that faces a public street in the I-1 zoning. The applicant is requesting a variance for metal siding to be used on the addition to the front of the building that will face the street. PLN19-0013 A variance is being requested from the Mason Zoning Code, Chapters 1163.4 Development Standards for a property at 7687 Innovation Way. Section 1163.4 requires a ten (10) feet side yard setback for parking structures and or paved areas, and one hundred (100) feet setback from residential districts. The applicant is requesting a variance for parking area to be fifty (50) feet from a residential area, and a paved area to be four and a half (4.5) feet from the southern property line. Anyone interested in reviewing the above listed variance requests may do so Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the City of Mason Engineering & Building Department, 6000 Mason-Montgomery Road, or may attend the Tuesday, May 28, 2019 Zoning Board of Appeals public hearing. 5-12/2019
