PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE BEAVERCREEK TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES ZONING CASE # 813 The Beavercreek Township Trustees will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 13, 2020, scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and consistent with the Ohio House Bill 197, this meeting is being convened remotely by video conference. The meeting may be viewed live at Beavercreek Township's YouTube site. https://youtu.be/TcReObUoio0 The purpose of the hearing is so the Trustees may review and act on one or more proposed amendments to the Beavercreek Township Zoning Resolution being proposed by the Zoning Commission. The proposed amendment(s) would change Regulations pertaining to the permitting of private residential swimming pools in Beavercreek Township. Specifically proposed are changes to allow automatic pool covers in lieu of fences and other provisions. No changes are being proposed pertaining to Public, Community, or Club Swimming Pools.
