- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - BEAVERCREEK TOWNSHIP ZONING COMMISSION CASE #812 The Beavercreek Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Community Room on the lower level of Fire Station #61, located at 2195 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45434 on Thursday, February 6th, 2020, scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is so that the Commission may review and act upon a Text Amendment (Case #812) to the Beavercreek Township Zoning Resolution, Article 20, Signs. The Text Amendment, proposed by the staff of the Planning and Zoning Department, would amend the language of various paragraphs of Article 20 to allow the placement of small, temporary signs away from the premises of the activity or product that they advertise. Currently, no off-premise signs are permitted in the unincorporated territory of Beavercreek Township. The Zoning Commission will make a recommendation to the Board of Township Trustees to approve, approve with modifications, or deny the proposed Text Amendment. The Trustees will then conduct a public hearing at which a final decision will be made. A decision on a proposed Text Amendment is a Legislative Action.
