PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE CITY OF DAYTON, OHIO City of Dayton and Dayton-Kettering HOME Consortium's 2020 Action Plan and 2019 Action Plan Amendments The City of Dayton will hold a public comment period and public hearing on the 2020 Action Plan and 2019 Action Plan Amendments. The City of Dayton and Dayton-Kettering HOME Consortium's 2020 Action Plan and 2019 Action Plan Amendments outline the planned use of federal entitlement funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD): Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) programs. A presentation and public hearing will take place at the Community & Neighborhood Development Advisory Board (CNDAB) meeting on Monday, October 14, 2019. The meeting will be held at 4:30 p.m. in the 6th Floor Training Room, City Hall, 101 W. Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402. Draft copies of the Action Plan and Amendments are available for review.
