PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE CITY OF FAIRFIELD, OHIO All property owners and citizens of Fairfield, Ohio are hereby notified that a joint public hearing between the Planning Commission and City Council has been scheduled for 7:00 PM Monday, November 11, 2019 at the Fairfield Municipal Building at 5350 Pleasant Avenue, Fairfield, Ohio 45014. The purpose of the hearing is to solicit citizen input regarding modifications to Chapters 1133 (Definitions), 1143 (General Regulations), 1159 (C-2 Central Business District), 1165 (C-3 General Business District), 1168 (D-1 Downtown District), 1169 (M-1 Industrial Park District), and 1173 (M-2 General Industrial District) of the Planning and Zoning Code as part of the Fairfield Codified Ordinances. Parties wishing to review the proposed changes may do so by visiting the Development Services Department located at the Fairfield Municipal Building or at the City website at https://www.fairfield-city.org/162/ Development-Services.
