Public Hearing Notice is Hereby Given That Ordinance

PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that Ordinance 2020-53 will receive a second reading on July 13, 2020 at approximately 7:10 p.m. during a Council Meeting video conference using Zoom technology and broadcast live through ICRC feed. Ordinance 2020-53: Amending the Zoning Code and Zoning Map of the City of Mason, Ohio to provide for the rezoning of approximately 2.7 acres from B-3 (Road Service Commercial) to I-1 (Light Industrial) located behind 1110 Reading Road (Reading Road Rezoning). Copies of the proposed Ordinance are on the City of Mason website, www.imaginemason.org. Anyone interested may join the video conference and be heard at the meeting.
