PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LEBANON BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS The Lebanon Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at 5:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio. The public hearing is to solicit input on a dimensional variance request filed by Mr. Mark Mohr of Evernohr LLC. to allow a new single family home to be constructed at 221 North East Street, on a corner lot with front yard setbacks of eight feet (8') along the Pleasant Street frontage and nine feet (9') along the North East Street frontage. A setback of twenty feet (20') is required per. LCO §1134.03. Table 1134-1 Residential Site Development Standards.
