PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LEBANON BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS The Lebanon Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at 5:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio. The public hearing is to solicit input on a Dimensional Variance application filed by Julio Fonseca. The property is located at 413 Silver Street and is zoned "R-1U" Residential One Urban. The applicant requests a Dimensional Variance to LCO 1133.15 Accessory Uses to allow a reduced sideyard setback requirement in the rear yard from 10'-0" to 2'-0" for an existing shed and from 10'-0" to 5'-0" for an existing detached garage addition.
