PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LEBANON PLANNING COMMISSION The Lebanon Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 17, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio. The public hearing is to solicit input on a Conditional Use requested by the applicant Leo Brown Group, LLC on behalf of the property owner Toll House Farms, Inc. to permit Adult Group Homes within Parcel No. 1212200045 on Neil Armstrong Way. Any interested person may attend this meeting and express their views and submit evidence and/or written comments regarding the request. The application is available for review in the Department of Community Development, Lebanon City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, OH 45036.
