Public Hearing Notice the Board of Zoning Appeals

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, in the Development and Engineering Services Conference Room, 333 James E. Bohanan Memorial Drive. The purpose of this meeting is to consider a variance request from City Code Section 1234.03(d) "Access", as stipulated in the Codified Ordinances of the City of Vandalia, Ohio. The above appeal was submitted by Van Con General Contractor, pertaining to the properties at 1080 & 1090 W National Road in the City of Vandalia, Ohio. Any interested party is invited to attend.
