Public Hearing Notice the Board of Zoning Appeals

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 08, 2020, in the Development and Engineering Services Conference Room, 333 James E. Bohanan Memorial Drive. The purpose of this meeting is to consider a variance request from City Code Section 1224.01(b)(9) "Number and Size Requirements" and City Code Section 1226.04 "Site Development Standards for Agricultural and Residential Zoning Districts", as stipulated in the Codified Ordinances of the City of Vandalia, Ohio. The above appeal was submitted by David Kauth, pertaining to the property at 840 Bolton Abbey Lane in the City of Vandalia, Ohio. Any interested party is invited to attend.
