Public Hearing Notice the City of Vandalia Planning

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The City of Vandalia Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in a Remote Meeting setting to consider a re-plat. The request is to re-plat two lots consisting of 0.7032 acres of land. Luis Riancho has submitted the request pertaining to properties located at 117 & 125 S Dixie Drive. Please Note: This will be a Remote Meeting and viewable by the public only on "GoToMeeting". City Hall will be closed. You can request log in information by email to dmarlow@vandaliaohio.org or by calling the Development & Engineering Services Department at 937-898-3750. Log in information will also be available online the day of the meeting at www.vandaliaohio.org. This meeting will contain a public hearing, if you wish to submit any documents or other evidence for the public hearing it must be received by the City no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 13, 2020. If you wish to take part in the public hearing by making comments, contact the City at the number above no later than 5:00 p.m. the day of the meeting to receive log in information to assure you will be able to participate.
