Public Hearing Notice the City of Vandalia Planning

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The City of Vandalia Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in a Remote Meeting setting to consider a Conditional Use for the property at 9105 Peters Pike, Vandalia, OH. The request is to permit a Warehouse use in the Office/Industrial Park Zoning District. The application was submitted by IBI Group. Please Note: This will be a Remote Meeting and viewable by the public only on "GoToMeeting". City Hall will be closed. You can request log in information by email to dmarlow@vandaliaohio.org or by calling the Development & Engineering Services Department at 937-898-3750. Log in information will also be available online at the day of the meeting at www.vandaliaohio.org. This meeting will contain a public hearing, if you wish to submit any documents or other evidence for the public hearing it must be received by the City no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 13, 2020. If you wish to take part in the public hearing by making comments, contact the City at the number above no later than 5:00 p.m. the day of the meeting to receive log in information to assure you will be able to participate.
