Public Notice City of Kettering Public Hearing and Notice of Report Availability and Public Comment Period 2019 CDBG and HOME program The City of Kettering will hold a public meeting on the 2019 Program Year Annual Action Plan. The meeting will be held on May 14, 2019 at 10:00am in the Deeds Conference Room at the Kettering Government Center. The Annual Action Plan is a strategy for the allocation of federal funds to meet community housing and development needs. The total allocation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Entitlement funds for the 2019 Program Year is $557,907 and $171,615 will be received from the City of Dayton/City of Kettering HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) Consortium. The following activities have been selected to be included in the 2019 Annual Action Plan of the City of Kettering to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development: *Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Loans & Grants *Fair Housing *Housing Counseling *Voluntary Relocation *Acquisition of Real Property *Maplecrest sanitary sewer project *Senior Resource Program for the elderly *Disposition of property *Economic Development Business Loans *Demolition of Blighted Property *Planning and Administration *Micro Enterprise Grant Program It is the policy of the City of Kettering to make all public meetings accessible.
