Public Notice The Warren Metropolitan Housing Authority 990 East Ridge Drive, Lebanon, Ohio 45036 Public Hearing Notice 10:00 AM Metropolitan Village 3:00 PM at Brookview The Warren Metropolitan Housing Authority herby announces a Public Hearing to be held on September 18, 2019 at 3:00PM @ 2480 Brookview Drive Middletown, Ohio 45011, and at 10:00 AM at 990 East Ridge Drive Lebanon, Ohio 45036. The purpose of the hearing is to obtain input from the city residents in reference to the Five -Year Plan and Annual Plan Submission to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for fiscal year 2020. Total funds being allocated for this year are estimated at $700,000 for Operating Funds and $330,000 for Capital Funds. All residents are encouraged to attend this hearing. The Annual Plan is available for review at 990 East Ridge Drive Lebanon, Ohio 45036 during business hours 8:30 am 4:30 pm. Persons can also submit written comments prior to the public hearing. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids and services for this meeting should contact the office at least 48 hours advanced notice.
