The Hamilton Township Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled a Public Hearing for Thursday, April 25, 2019 at 7:30 P.M. to hear the request of Mr. Rick Allen, 1221 E. Foster Maineville Rd, Hamilton Township, Ohio 45039. The applicant has requested a variance from Section 4.9.3 to construct a detached garage into a portion of the front yard. The Hearing will take place at the Hamilton Township Administration Building, 7780 S. State Route 48. The map and text will be displayed at the Township Planning and Zoning Department between 8:00 A.M. and 5:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.
