Washington Township Board of Zoning Appeals Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 6:00 PM on November 25, 2019 in the Blair Meeting Room of the Washington Township Government Center, 8200 McEwen Road, Dayton, Ohio to consider the following cases: Case Number: A-1798 Applicant: Kessler Sign Company Property Owner: Wal-Mart Stores Inc. Location: 1111 Miamisburg-Centerville Road Request: Four (4) sign variance requests for wall signage to the existing Sam's Club fueling station. The variance requests are to allow additional signage on multiple frontages as well as increased square footage for electronic message display area. Interested persons may appear and provide testimony. Upon conclusion of the hearing, the proposed request will be voted on by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
