CITY OF RIVERSIDE PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Riverside Planning Commission will hold a public hearing held by either video conference using Zoom Meeting platform or if able in person in the City Council Chambers at 5200 Springfield Street on Monday, July 20th, 2020 at 6:30 PM, to hear the following Planning Commission Cases; PC CASE #20-0008 BRANDT PIKE - A Zoning Map Amendment application to re-zone Lots #40 (I39 00610 0015) & 41 (I39 00610 0016) of the Avondale Plat from B-1, Neighborhood Business to R-3, Medium Density Residential. [UDO Sec. 1105.07] PC Case #20-0009 3470 VALLEY PIKE A Major Accessory Use application for Valley Street Bingo to utilize their parking lot for Bingo gaming played from within vehicles to comply with social distancing requirements. [UDO Sec. 1105.09] PC CASE #20-0010 631 ASPEN AVENUE A Final Plat Amendment (Re-Plat) application to combine three (3) lots; lot #935, #936 & #937, Rohrer's Little Farms plat, into one (1) lot within the R-3, Medium Density Residential district. Parcel ID #I39 00706 0045, #I39 00706, 0046, I39 00706 0047. [UDO Sec. 1105.11(F)] PC CASE #20-0011 - 601 WOODMAN DRIVE - A Zoning Map Amendment application to re-zone the property addressed as 601 Woodman Drive comprised of twenty (20) lots or portions thereof and undedicated rights-of-way being part of lots 4,5, 6, 7 and 10 and all of lots 11 through 25 inclusive together with part of vacated rights-of-ways of the Laymon and Byers Plat from the current B-2, General Business District to I-1, light Industrial District.
