CITY OF RIVERSIDE PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Riverside Planning Commission will hold a public hearing by video conference using the Zoom Meeting platform and in person in the City Council Chambers at 5200 Springfield Street on Monday, September 21st, 2020 at 6:30 PM, to hear the following Planning Commission Cases; PC CASE #20-0015 1350 WOODMAN DRIVE - A Zoning Map Amendment application to re-zone (I39 101502 0016) from B-1, Neighborhood Business to O-R, Office/ Residential. [UDO Sec. 1105.07] PC Case #20-0016 ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT-UDO Section 1107.09(C)(2)-B2, General Business District Permitted Principle Uses or UDO Section 1107.09(C)(4)-General Business District, Conditional Uses to allow 'Indoor Storage Facilities.' [UDO Sec. 1105.07] PC CASE #20-0017 - 2121 HARSHMAN ROAD - A Zoning Map Amendment application to re-zone the property addressed as 2121 Harshman Road comprised of 2 parcels (I39 00414 0004) and (I39 00203 0002), from B2, General Business District to I1, Light Industrial District. [UDO Sec. 1105.07] Planning Commission authority is regulated by Section 1103.05 of the City of Riverside Unified Development Ordinance.
