PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Board of Directors of Clark Preparatory Academy will take place at 6:00 p.m. on July 10, 2019 at Clark Preparatory Academy, 637 S. Center Street, Springfield, Ohio 45506. The purpose of this meeting is discuss a change in operator and approve necessary contracts for school operations. The Board will also consider various administrative matters and such other general business connected to school operations that may properly come before the Board of Directors. 7-9/2019
