Joseph as Treasurer of Montgomery County, filed real estate tax foreclosure complaint Case No. 2019 BR 109 in the Board of Revision of Montgomery County, Ohio, 451 West Third Street, Third Floor, Dayton, Ohio 45402, (937) 496-3389.
