Common Pleas Court Montgomery County, Ohio Case No. 2019 CV 01700 CIT Bank, N.A. vs. James Robinson dba Image Print James Robinson dba Image Print whose last known address is unknown are hereby notified that CIT Bank, N.A., filed an Complaint in the Common Pleas Court, Montgomery County, Ohio in Case No. 2019 CV 011700 against him, alleging that on the March 26, 2018, James Robinson, dba Image Print entered into a Master Equipment Finance Agreement and Direct Loan Schedule with Plaintiff, that Defendant James Robinson has defaulted in the payment of said agreement, and there is due Plaintiff thereon $65,712.55 plus costs, late fees, attorney fees in the amount of $16,428.14 and interest at from September 25, 2018; that by reason of the failure of the Defendant James Robinson dba Image Print to make the monthly payments as required, the Plaintiff has declared the entire amount due. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendant as follows: Against Defendant James Robinson dba Image Print, damages in the amount of $65,712.53 plus costs, late fees, attorney fees in the amount of $16,428.14 and interest from September 25, 2018, and as to Count Two, against Defendant James Robinson dba Image Print, damages in the amount of $65,712.55 plus costs and interest from September 25, 2018, plus such other relief, both legal and equitable, that this Court may deem just and proper.
