Kendall, said real estate being located at and commonly known as 2446 Irwin Avenue, Springfield, Clark County, Ohio, and more particularly described as follows: Situate in the City of Springfield, County of Clark, State of Ohio and further described as follows: Being the property known as 2446 Irwin Avenue, and designated as Lot No. Thirteen Thousand One Hundred Forty-two (13,142) as listed on the Cape Cod Addition to the City of Springfield and recorded in Plat Book Volume 8, Page 3-A of the Clark County Recorder's Office. You are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice which will be published once each week for three consecutive weeks.
