Williams, Deceased, whose last known address is 121 East Fifth Street, Franklin, Ohio 45005, and the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, Assigns and Estate of James E. Williams, Deceased, and Joseph Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Judy F. Williams, whose place of residence is unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 14th day of June, 2019, the Plaintiff, Peoples Bank, successor in interest by merger to The National Bank & Trust Company, successor in interest by merger to The Community National Bank, filed its Complaint for Foreclosure against Judy F. Williams, and others, in the Court of Common Pleas of Warren County, Ohio, the same being Case No. 19-CV-92351 representing among other things that it is due from Judy F. Williams and James E. Williams (now deceased) on a Note the sum of $44,683.27, plus interest at the per diem rate of $7.41 from May 17, 2019, plus late charges and advancements, if any, and court costs; that as security for the payment of said Note, on November 19, 2004, Judy F. Williams and James E. Williams (now deceased), executed a Mortgage to The Community National Bank, now Peoples Bank, which was recorded on January 7, 2005, in O.R. Volume 3761, page 179 et seq., of the Official Records of Warren County, Ohio; and thereupon became the first lien upon the real estate located at 121 East Fifth Street, Franklin, Ohio 45005 (Parcel No. 0431205023). Plaintiff, Peoples Bank, successor in interest by merger to The National Bank & Trust Company, successor in interest by merger to The Community National Bank, demands judgment on Count I of its Complaint in the amount of $44,683.27, plus interest at the per diem rate of $7.41 from May 17, 2019, plus late charges and advancements, if any, and court costs; that said mortgage be foreclosed and the liens marshaled; that the equity of redemption of the Defendants be foreclosed; that said property be sold and the amounts due the Plaintiff be paid from the proceeds of said sale according to its priority, together with its costs therein, including reasonable attorney's fees; and that all Defendants be required to set up their claims or interests in said property, or be forever barred. Defendants above named and mentioned are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after July 21, 2019, the date of the last publication of this notice, by serving a copy upon Malinda L. Langston, Esq., Kohnen & Patton LLP, Attorney for Plaintiff, 201 East Fifth Street, Suite 800, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, and filing said Answer with the Clerk, Warren County Common Pleas Court, 500 Justice Drive, P.O.
