Main Street, Middletown, OH 45044 And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Lee Roy Sawyer, Deceased, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, will take notice that on August 21, 2019, Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage of Ohio, filed its Complaint in Case Number CV 2019 08 1672, Butler County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, Tim Sawyer, Loretta Sawyer, Lori Wuerth, John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If Any, of Lori Wuerth, Tammy Sawyer, John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If Any, of Tammy Sawyer And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Lee Roy Sawyer, Deceased, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: PREMISESS KNOWN AS: 7407 WHIRLAWAY DRIVE FAIRFIELD TOWNSHIP, OHIO 45011 PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBER: A0300082000044 The plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute. The plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
