LEGAL NOTICE The Defendant, US Bank National Association, as trustee for the C-Bass Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-SL1, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on November 27, 2019, the Plaintiff, The Bank of New York Mellon, F/K/A The Bank of New York as trustee for registered Holders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-9, filed its Complaint in Case No. CV 2019 11 2441, in the Court of Common Pleas of Butler County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 204 Heatherway St, Middletown, OH 45042, Permanent Parcel No. Q6531076000053,("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant has or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The Defendant, US Bank National Association, as trustee for the C-Bass Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-SL1 is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendant, US Bank National Association, as trustee for the C-Bass Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-SL1 failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
