Oster Legal Notice Defendant(s), John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Janet Irene Bishop, whose last known address is 555 Linn Street, Hamilton, OH 45011 And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Janet Irene Bishop, whose identities and Address(es) are Unknown, will take notice that on April 25, 2024, U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee of Legacy Mortgage Asset Trust 2017-RPL1, C/O Nationstar Mortgage LLC, filed its Complaint in Case Number CV 2024 04 0852, Butler County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Janet Irene Bishop And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Janet Irene Bishop, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Premises commonly known as: 555 Linn St, Hamilton, OH 45011 Parcel No.: P6431-030-000-031 The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
