Wilson, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: PREMISES COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 1534 MARINETTE DRIVE SPRINGFIELD, OH 45503 PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBER: 340-03-00025-213-027 The plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
