Maxon and Midland Funding, LLC, but whose current address are unknown, will take note that on February 7, 2019, Plaintiff, New York Mortgage Funding, LLC, filed a Complaint in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 2019CV00616, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 3753 Cordell Drive, Kettering, OH 45439, being permanent parcel number N64 01503 0030 ("Real Estate"), and allege that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators of the Estate of Glen A. Maxon and Midland Funding, LLC, are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice. In the event that The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators of the Estate of Glen A.
