Arndt, Deceased, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, will take notice that on March 06, 2019, Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, C/O Flagstar Bank FSB, filed its Complaint in Case Number 2019 CV 01013, Montgomery County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, David Arndt, Michelle Arndt And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Garry L. Arndt, Deceased, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: PREMISES COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 6683 WILLOW CREEK DRIVE DAYTON, OHIO 45424 PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBER: P70-02017-0100 The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
