Roseberry, et al., Defendants Legal Notice Defendants, Nationscredit Financial Services Corporation, whose Statutory Agents last known address is 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801, will take notice that on September 25, 2019, U.S. Bank National Association, not in its Individual Capacity but solely as Indenture Trustee for the CIM Trust 2017-8 Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2017-8, filed its Complaint in Case Number 2019 CV 04365, Montgomery County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant, Nationscredit Financial Services Corporation, has or claims to have an interest in the real estate described below: PREMISES COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 7939 IRVINGTON AVENUE DAYTON, OHIO 45415 PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBER: M-60-16307-0018 The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
