The Administrator of the Estate, Robert J. Doan, has named Michael Arthur a/k/a Michael Arthurs and Peter Arthur a/k/a Peter Arthurs as defendants in the Complaint to Determine Heirship. The object of the Complaint is to determine the heirs of Pauline M. Erik Doan, who died intestate on May 28, 2019. The relief demanded is an order determining the legal heirs of Pauline M. Erik Doan so as to determine who inherits under her Estate. The Defendants, Michael Arthur a/k/a Michael Arthurs and Peter Arthur a/k/a Peter Arthurs, or their unknown executors or administrators, guardians, assigns, heirs-at-law, next-of-kin, devises, or legatees, if any, are required to answer the Complaint stating their interest in the probate estate within 28 days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six weeks.
