Oda, II LEGAL NOTICE The Defendant, Alexander Cunningham, whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on August 9, 2018, Plaintiffs Charles Woodward and Ann Marie Woodward filed their Complaint in Case No. 18CV091365, in the Court of Common Pleas of Warren County, Ohio, seeking damages in an amount of no less than $25,000.00 for injuries sustained in an automobile accident on August 13, 2016. The Defendant, Alexander Cunningham, is required to answer the Plaintiffs' Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
