LEGAL NOTICE Defendants, Patrick Parker and Unknown Spouse, if any of Patrick Parker, whose last known residences are unknown and cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence, will take notice that on June 19, 2018, Plaintiff Water's Edge Community Association filed its Foreclosure Complaint in the Warren County Court of Common Pleas in Case No. 18CV091228, seeking to foreclose the unpaid assessments and fees upon the real property described below and in which the Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing above listed Defendants have or claim to have an interest. Real property commonly known as 4442 South Shore Drive, Mason, Ohio 45040, Warren County Auditor's Parcel No. 16-28-416-010, and which is more particularly described in Plaintiff's Certificate to Place Lien, recorded on May 11, 2018, in the Warren County, Ohio Recorder's Office as Instrument No. 2018-013140. The Defendants named above are required to answer and assert any interest in said real property, or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication of this legal notice, which shall be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks.
