Russell, but whose current address are unknown, will take notice that on January 20, 2023, Plaintiff, Click n Close, filed a Complaint in the Warren County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 23CV095757, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 60 Stadia Drive, Franklin, OH 45005, being permanent parcel numbers 04263050050 ("Real Estate"), and allege that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of the Estate of Kenneth R.
