LENSING, DECEASED, IF ANY, WHOSE NAMES AND ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN, will take notice that on the 18th day of November, 2019, Barney Wright, Treasurer of Warren County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Warren County, Ohio, at 500 Justice Drive, Lebanon, Ohio, 45036, in Case No. 19CV92837 on the docket of said Court, demanding judgment. in the amount of $1,214.01, plus accrued taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest and court costs; and, Plaintiff is seeking an order of foreclosure against the following described real estate: Sidwell No. 16-14-478-012 Account No. 0907347 Situated and being in the Township of Deerfield, County of Warren, and State of Ohio, and described as follows: Being Lot Nos. 2140, 2141 and 2142 as designated and delineated on the map entitled Second Map of Loveland Park and recorded in Plat Book 2, Pages 212 to 217 of Warren County Records. Subject to all legal highways, easements, covenants, conditions, and restrictions of record.
