Legal Notice God's House, whose last known address was 727 Beckman Street, Dayton, Ohio 45410, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of God's House and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of God's House, will take notice that on the 29th day of July, 2022, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2022 CV 03345, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against God's House. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. R72 03308 0001, 0002, 0003. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 4th day of July, 2023 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
