Specifically, Plaintiff requests that the Court (1) issue a declaratory judgment declaring transfer on death deeds to the above real property which were recorded after the death of Lamon Boyd McIntosh void and legal nullities and that the confirmation affidavits confirming said transfer on death deeds are void and legal nullities and (2) to quiet the title to the above real property in the name of Lamon Boyd McIntosh aka Lamon B. McIntosh as against any and all Defendants, and any others claiming through or under them. This notice will be published once a week for six consecutive weeks, which dates are listed at the bottom of this notice. Within twenty-eight days after the sixth and final date of publication of this notice, each of the above-named Defendants is required to serve upon the attorney for the Plaintiff, at the address listed below, a copy of an Answer to the Complaint.
