LEGAL NOTICE: Robert Schou, Michele Schou (aka Michele Holmes), and other unknown heirs, devisees, or legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns of Jean Wackler whose last place of residence is Address Unknown and whose present place of residence is Address Unknown will take notice that on March 13, 2019, Randy S. Wackler filed a Complaint in Case No. 2019 CV 138 in the Court of Common Pleas of Miami County, Ohio, 201 W. Main Street, Troy, Ohio 45373, alleging that the Defendants Robert Schou, Michele Schou (aka Michele Holmes), and other unknown heirs, devisees, or legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns of Jean Wackler may have claims or interests against the subject property of the above-referenced litigation and should therefore have any claimed interests extinguished by quieting title against them and in favor of Randy S. Wackler. Plaintiff Randy S. Wackler demands judgment that (a) Plaintiff's title to the Property be quieted as against Defendants Robert Schou, Michele Schou (aka Michele Holmes), and other unknown heirs, devisees, or legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns of Jean Wackler and all others claiming through or under them; and (b) that all Defendants be required to set up their interests, or be forever barred; and, (c) that Plaintiff recover the costs of this action; and (d) that Plaintiff be awarded any other legal and equitable relief to which Plaintiffs may be entitled and of which the Court may determine to be just and appropriate THE DEFENDANTS NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 4th DAY OF JUNE 2019 WHICH IS TWENTY-EIGHT DAYS AFTER THE PUBLICATION.
