LEGAL NOTICE The Crossings Limited Partnership aka Crossings Ltd, whose last known address is c/o Equity Capital Group, LLC, general partner, 2412 Central Park Avenue, Evanston, IL 60201; and John Doe, Unknown Majority Shareholder of The Crossings Limited Partnership aka Crossings Ltd, whose last known address is c/o Equity Capital Group, LLC, general partner, 2412 Central Park Avenue, Evanston, IL 60201 will take notice that on November 29, 2018, Plaintiff Tax Redevelopment, LLC filed its Complaint in Case No. 2018 CV 05539 in the Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, Ohio located at 41 N. Perry Street, Dayton, OH 45422-2150. Plaintiff alleges that it is the holder of certain delinquent real estate tax lien(s) on the property known as Imperial Rd, West Carrollton, OH 45449 and identified as Montgomery County Auditor's Parcel Number K48 00415 0008 (the "Property") and that as of November 29, 2018, there is due and unpaid thereon the sum of $23,164.63, plus all accrued but unpaid interest while this case is pending, plus court costs, attorneys' fees, advances, and other charges as allowed by law. Plaintiff alleges that it is the holder of the first and best lien on the Property, that it has complied with all conditions precedent to filing this action, and that Plaintiff is entitled to have said lien(s) foreclosed and the Property sold. Plaintiff further alleges that the defendants may have or may claim to have an interest in the Property. Plaintiff's Complaint prays for the right to foreclose on the Property and that all parties be required to set forth their interest in the property or be forever barred from asserting a claim. Plaintiff therefore prays that the above listed defendants be required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint. The last date of Publication is February 1, 2019. The following defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication: (i) The Crossings Limited Partnership aka Crossings LTD; and (ii) John Doe, unknown majority shareholder of The Crossings Limited Partnership aka Crossings LTD.
