Joseph, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2019 CV 4882, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Thomas R. Lawless a/k/a Thomas R. Lawless, deceased. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. E20 17105 0076, E20 17105 0077. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 27th day of January, 2019 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for. RUSSELL M.
