Weprin 1812 Kettering Tower 40 North Main Street Dayton, Ohio 45423, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Top Flight Investments, LTD, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Top Flight Investments, LTD, will take notice that on the 1st day of July, 2019, Russell M. Joseph, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2019 CV 3035 in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Turn Key Rentals, LLC. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D.
