Legal Notice Townview Baptist Church, whose last known address was 1137 Guenther Road Dayton, OH 45417 and PO Box 26508 Dayton, OH 45426, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Townview Baptist Church, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Townview Baptist Church, will take notice that on the 9th day of November, 2018, Carolyn Rice, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2018 CV 5237, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Townview Baptist Church. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. R72 17103 0001. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 23rd day of June, 2019 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
