Parks, whose last known address cannot be ascertained and whose current address is unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on May 11, 2020, Union Savings Bank filed its Cross-Claim in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio in Case No. 2020 CV 01956 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of Union Savings Bank's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate to wit: Property address: 224 Fer Don Road, Dayton, OH 45405, and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded as Instrument No. 01-097268 of the Montgomery County Recorder's Office.
